The BET RATING editorial team verifies the licences of bookmakers in Uzbekistan and analyses their official domains, betting odds, deposit and withdrawal conditions, bonus programmes, mobile applications and player feedback.
We use this information to compile and regularly update our ranking of legal bookmakers in Uzbekistan. The list will expand as new licences are issued and sufficient information becomes available to conduct an objective assessment of each operator.
Uzbekistan’s online betting market has moved towards a regulated model. Bookmaking services may be offered by operators holding an appropriate licence issued by the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The National Agency for Prospective Projects, commonly referred to as NAPP, is the government authority responsible for regulating and licensing bookmaking activities. It also maintains the official public register of licensed operators.
When checking a bookmaker, users should consider not only its brand name but also its legal entity, official website domain and current licence status.
A licence issued in another jurisdiction does not automatically authorise a bookmaker to accept bets in Uzbekistan. Participation in the local regulated market requires a licence issued by NAPP.
As of 15 September 2026, the official NAPP register lists two companies holding licences for bookmaking activities:
Users should check the NAPP register again before creating an account. The status of a licence, the operator’s legal entity or its authorised domain may change.
The presence of a brand in search results, a mobile application or an Uzbek-language website does not confirm that the operator is legal. The official government licence register should remain the primary source for verification.
The BET RATING ranking table displays each bookmaker’s editorial score, available offers and a link to its detailed review.
A full review may include information about:
A high ranking indicates that the operator performed well under the BET RATING methodology. However, the ranking does not guarantee winnings and does not replace the need to read the bookmaker’s rules before placing a bet.
Each bookmaker is assessed across several categories. A valid local licence is an essential requirement for inclusion in our primary ranking of the regulated Uzbekistan market.
We verify the information published in the NAPP register, including the company’s legal name, licence number, issue date and authorised website domain.
If a company uses multiple websites, users should separately confirm that the specific domain is connected to the licensed operator.
We assess the stability of registration, authentication, the player account, identity verification, bet placement and other essential platform functions.
We also consider available interface languages, support for the Uzbekistani som and the overall usability of the service for local customers.
BET RATING analyses the selection of sporting events, available markets, popular leagues, major international competitions and live betting options.
We also compare odds across popular markets. A high price on a single event does not necessarily mean that the bookmaker offers the strongest odds across its entire sportsbook.
When assessing financial transactions, we consider:
Actual processing times may depend on the payment method, additional document checks and the bookmaker’s internal compliance procedures.
We evaluate performance, stability, navigation, mobile optimisation and access to essential account functions.
Applications should only be downloaded from the operator’s official website or a verified application marketplace. Installation files distributed through third-party websites may create security and privacy risks.
When analysing a bonus, we consider not only the advertised amount but also the conditions attached to the offer:
A large welcome bonus should not be the main reason for choosing a bookmaker.
We assess the available contact channels, supported languages, response times and quality of assistance with account access, identity verification, betting and payment issues.
Player feedback can reveal problems that are not always visible in the operator’s official information.
BET RATING analyses complaints related to delayed withdrawals, account restrictions, document verification, bet settlement, technical failures and customer support.
A single negative review is not sufficient to reduce an operator’s rating. We consider the nature of the issue, frequency of similar complaints, supporting evidence and the bookmaker’s response.
Uzbekistan has established a Unified State Register of Bets and Players. It is used to record participants, bets and relevant transactions, as well as to enforce restrictions established by law.
Licensed operators must comply with identity verification requirements and submit information required by law to the relevant government systems.
Using a licensed bookmaker does not mean that participation is anonymous. Users may be required to verify their identity before registering, depositing funds, placing bets or receiving winnings.
Residents and non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are at least 18 years old may participate in betting offered under a NAPP licence, provided that they do not fall within a legally prohibited category.
A bookmaker may request identity documents and other information required to verify a user’s age, identity and eligibility.
Transferring an account to another person or using someone else’s personal information may result in account restrictions and suspension of transactions until verification is completed.
On 1 July 2026, Uzbekistan introduced an experimental three-year taxation framework for lotteries, online games and bookmaking activities.
As of the date of this review, income received by individuals from winnings generated through betting organised under licences issued by NAPP is exempt from personal income tax.
Licensed operators are subject to a turnover tax rate of 4%. The tax is calculated on the operator’s aggregate income from the relevant activities after deducting paid winnings and refunded stakes.
Tax legislation may change. Before carrying out significant transactions, users should review the latest version of the relevant legislation and official guidance published by the Uzbekistan tax authorities.

A licensed operator works within a regulated framework and must comply with requirements concerning customer identification, bet recording, payments and the distribution of winnings.
A licence enables users to identify the company’s legal entity, authorised domain and regulatory authority.
However, a licence does not guarantee winnings and does not prevent the bookmaker from conducting additional document checks, restricting an account or applying its published terms and conditions.
Users should exercise particular caution with websites that:
BET RATING does not increase the number of ranking positions by adding foreign websites that do not hold an Uzbekistan licence.
As of the review date, the official NAPP register contains a limited number of licensed bookmakers. The short list therefore reflects the actual state of the regulated market rather than a lack of information.
New operators will be added after they appear in the regulator’s register and their platforms, terms and quality of service have been reviewed by our editorial team.
Before creating an account, users should check the following information:
There is no single bookmaker that will be the best choice for every user. The most suitable option depends on the sports you follow, preferred payment methods, application quality and individual requirements.
Sports betting involves the risk of losing all the money placed at stake and should never be considered a reliable source of income.
Users should establish financial and time limits in advance, avoid gambling with borrowed money and never increase the size of a bet in an attempt to recover previous losses.
Uzbekistan’s regulations provide for categories of individuals who are prohibited from participating in online games, lotteries and betting. Mechanisms are also available to restrict participation by individuals experiencing gambling-related problems.
If gambling becomes difficult to control, stop betting and seek professional assistance.
The main information in the BET RATING rankings is reviewed every one to two months. Information may be updated sooner when a new operator receives a licence or when an existing operator changes its licence, official domain, payment rules, bonuses or platform functionality.
The date of the latest editorial review appears at the beginning of the page. If you identify outdated or inaccurate information, you can report it to the BET RATING editorial team.
Yes. Residents and non-residents aged 18 or over may participate in betting through operators holding a valid NAPP licence, provided that the user is not subject to restrictions established by law.
As of 15 September 2026, the official NAPP register lists Olimpbet LLC, operating through olimpbet.uz, and Aurum Vale LLC, operating through oltinbet.uz. Users should verify the current licence status before registering.
Open the official NAPP licence register and compare the legal entity, licence number and authorised domain with the information published on the bookmaker’s website.
A foreign licence does not confirm that the operator is authorised to accept bets within Uzbekistan’s regulated market. Legal operation requires a licence issued by NAPP.
Residents and non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan must be at least 18 years old and must not fall within a legally prohibited category.
As of the date of this review, income received by individuals from winnings generated through operators licensed by NAPP is exempt from personal income tax. This treatment may change if the legislation is amended.
BET RATING includes only operators whose Uzbekistan licences can be confirmed. The number of ranking positions will increase as new companies are added to the official register.
A licence confirms that the operator works within a regulated framework and must comply with the applicable requirements. It does not guarantee winnings or exclude document checks and the application of the bookmaker’s rules.
Our standard review cycle is every one to two months. Information may be updated sooner when new licences are issued or significant changes affect an operator’s services.
