A decent bookmaker, but there are nuances. The selection for some events is sparse (for example, there is very little statistics on the Euro matches in the betting options). A couple of times there were issues with identity verification, YES, JUST A COUPLE OF TIMES, as I was sent for verification twice, but everything went well.

It's been a month of delays! I registered and made my first deposit of 5,000 rubles back in late May, and today is the end of June, but I still can't make sports predictions. First, they blocked my balance for a week, I sent them all sorts of photos and documents, thinking I would soon be taking tests. Football, basketball, Euro 2024 - I tried everything, and it's the same everywhere, it won't accept my bets. I write to support, asking them to work their magic with the limits so I can make my first bet normally. They respond: "You have access to Quick Games." I check what that nonsense is. Turns out it's some virtual thing with a ridiculous commission from the bookmaker. In a word, it's a casino. I would NEVER BET on something like that! But now I need to roll over my deposit on bets to withdraw, otherwise, there's no way. I believe this is a blatant scam against customers!!!

In terms of customer loyalty, this bookmaker is definitely the best. They don't block everyone left and right; even in contentious situations, the support team genuinely tries to understand the issue and explain why things happened the way they did, rather than just sending you to reread the rules.
