En cuanto a la lealtad hacia los clientes, esta es sin duda la casa de apuestas más clara. No bloquean a todos a la ligera, incluso en momentos de disputa, el soporte realmente intenta entender la situación y explicar por qué sucedió exactamente lo que sucedió, en lugar de enviar a leer las reglas de nuevo.
