On February 22, 2023, our company received a notification from LLC NKO "Mobile Card" and JSC "Modern Payment Solutions," stating that, as of February 22, 2023, the performance of obligations by NKO "Mobile Card" was suspended. This step was explained by the respective decision of the Board of the PPK "Unified Regulator of Gambling" dated February 21, 2023.
At the same time, to date, LLC "STAVKA RU" has not received an Official Decision indicating the reasons for the suspension of activities. Thus, the Society currently does not have information on the reasons for the aforementioned decision.
Meanwhile, LLC "STAVKA RU" is a legal entity operating in the territory of the Russian Federation, subject to its laws, and not associated with any other organizations outside its borders. The Society has sufficient funds available for payouts to Players.
These funds are held in a special account of NKO "Mobile Card" and exceed the current player deposits by several times. Their blockage is solely due to the initiative of NKO "Mobile Card" to cease cooperation with LLC "STAVKA RU".
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that each player has the right to submit a request for the withdrawal of funds from their gaming account on 1xStavka.ru to their bank account. A sample of such a request will be posted on the website 1xStavka.ru later.
There are no obstacles from LLC "STAVKA RU" for Players to receive funds from the account of NKO "Mobile Card." We are working to ensure that all our clients can access the funds in their accounts as quickly as possible.
