This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you use betrating.org, the BET RATING mobile application and related services.

The service is operated by MUDERA, UAB, a company registered in Lithuania (“BET RATING”, “we”, “us”). Privacy enquiries may be sent to [email protected].

BET RATING is an independent information service covering bookmakers, online casinos, bonuses, sports analytics and the iGaming industry. We are not a bookmaker or casino, do not accept bets and do not hold users’ gambling deposits.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name or nickname, email address, avatar, language, region and profile settings.
• User content: ratings, reviews, comments, requests and other voluntarily submitted materials.
• Communications: support messages, complaints, requests and attachments.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, operating system, language, request times, viewed pages, error logs and security events.
• Cookies and analytics: session identifiers, preferences, referral source and interactions with the service.
• Affiliate referrals: campaign or link identifiers and information required to record a referral or conversion.
• AI features: prompts, submitted context, uploaded files and generated responses.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or another person’s personal data through comments or AI features.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, security, dispute resolution and compliance with legal obligations. It is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Deleting an account may not immediately remove all public content where retention is required by law, necessary to protect legal rights or needed to preserve the integrity of discussions. Such content may be anonymised.
