These are documents with different dates: the August file cannot be automatically considered a complete description of the situation on the day of reading the article.
The file contains eight numbered entries about licensees and nine trademarks. In the published UAS list, there are eight brands corresponding to seven legal entities. TENNISI and OINABET belong to the same company — LLP "Adal Oyin".

For verification, it is useful to write down the company name, BIN, license number, and domain. Such a card allows matching entries even when the brand's spelling differs in case or language across different pages.
License registry and list of connected organizers answer different questions
The first source contains information about active licenses as of the date of compilation. The second presents organizers listed as connected to the accounting system. It is not advisable to substitute one document for another during verification: each must be examined for the specific information for which it was published.
The Center itself designates its list as reference and subject to change. Therefore, a saved screenshot is useful for recording the verification date but does not replace a repeated check of the page after several weeks.
Why PIN-UP is in one source and not listed in another
In the August XLSX file, the trademark Pin-up and the domain pin-up.kz are listed under LLP "Bonami", license No. 21031283. On the verified UAS page, the brand is absent. This entry creates the difference between nine and eight names.
The reason for the discrepancy between these two documents cannot be established. They do not contain an explanation of the situation of the specific operator. Without additional official information, it would be incorrect to assert that this is a violation, a revoked license, or merely a delay in updating the website.
It is useful here to separate observation from its interpretation. The observation is verifiable: the entry exists in one source and is not found in another. Interpretation requires new evidence. If clarification from the regulator or an updated list appears, the comparison will need to be revisited with a new date indicated.
How to independently verify information about a bookmaker in Kazakhstan
- Record the exact website address. Copy the domain from the address bar. A similar name and identical logo do not yet link the page to a specific legal entity.
- Find the operator's details. Look for legal information and the user agreement. Write down the company name, BIN, and stated license number.
- Open the official registry. Check the publication date and match the details. If a more recent document is available, rely on it rather than an old copy from the review.
- Check the UAS list separately. Look for both the brand and the company. This helps avoid missing an entry due to differences in spelling.
- Save the result with the date. Record links to sources and discovered discrepancies. When seeking clarification, attach specific information instead of a general question about the brand's reliability.
If the details differ, a substantive inquiry might look like this: “The operator's page lists company X, while the registry shows company Y. What document confirms the current connection of this domain with the licensee?” A response with a verifiable link is more useful than a support service statement that everything is functioning normally.

It does not establish the status of similarly named international sites, separate applications, or casinos under similar brands.
